- No guest or children are permitted while being serviced. We kindly ask our clients to adhere to this policy to ensure the comfortability of all clients.
- To respect all clients being serviced, please bring head phones for all devices. We ask that you keep all conversations clean (No offensive language) Free WiFi provided
- In order to use a credit card for an appointment, it is mandatory to provide photo identification. CC fees will apply
- Once booked, a non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to the total of your service. The remaining balance is due in cash, Zelle or Apple Pay.
- Extensions must be clean, dry, and free of any product residue or threads before installation. If Extensions need to be shampooed before service , an additional fee will be charged.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the email confirmation . You are allowed to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (No Call/ No Show) will be charged the full-service fee through their original payment method.
